- General information: The purpose of the seminar is to enable a group to identify important customer requirements and convert them to specifications for a particular production or service process.
- Contents: Define the Voice Of The Customer. Step 1- Create Strategy focused on Customer. Step 2- Listening to the Voice of the Customer. Step 3- Translating Customer’s Voice into Major Requirements. Step 4- Developing spefications and indicators for business process and services, and measuring customer satisfaction.
- Aimed at: Professionals and business executives of middle, senior and top rank, production or services staff (Foremen, Heads of production, maintenance, production managers & engineers, logistics and quality assurance, Technical Managers, and Directors).
