- Contents: Process Mapping, cause / effect diagram, cause / effect evaluation table, risk identification and assessment of processes or projects (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Aimed at: Professionals and business executives of middle, senior and top rank, production or services staff (Foremen, Heads of production, maintenance, production managers & engineers, logistics and quality assurance, Technical Managers, and Directors).
- Duration (hours): 8 (theoretical education for certification), 16 (experiential training with application in improvement projects).
