Ms. Dimitra Mouteveli, Certified Civil Engineer since 1992, after a rich, many years of experience in the field of construction, both in public and private projects, developed significant and successful business activity, building and selling on land owned by the 8-storey building in Petralona with 23 apartments and two shops, a complex of 4 maisonettes in Penteli, a complex of 10 maisonettes in Neos Voutzas, an apartment building with 11 apartments.<\/p>

He is a member of TEE, Association of Civil Engineers of Greece, Union of Manufacturers. Holder of a contractor’s degree of 4th class in construction projects and 2nd class in plumbing, he has also been certified as an “Energy Inspector”, according to P.D. 100 \/ 30-09-2010 pursuant to Law 3661\/2008.<\/p>

Dimitra Mouteveli also performed the following projects as a construction consultant engineer on behalf of third parties: office buildings – exhibition and two houses in Pikermi, maisonettes in P. Penteli, villa in Drafi, villa in N. Voutzas, detached house in Paiania, house Piraeus), building of a psychiatric clinic in Acharnes.<\/p>

As a project manager and on-site supervising construction engineer, in collaboration with various technical companies, he usually executed large and complex public and private projects of all kinds, not only building but also infrastructure, road construction, network and environmental projects. Indicatively, among others, the following are mentioned: construction of a new airport in Mykonos, construction of a new hospital KAT. 5,100m2 and renovation of two floors of an existing wing 1600 m2 (Olympic project), construction of a textile factory in Metamorfosi, Attica,\u00a0area 4,500 m2, shopping center (Glyfada) 3000 m2 superstructure and underground parking, eight-storey building (Pagrati) apartments, ground floor store A-V Vasilopoulos and 3 underground parking, tourist complex (Crete), road construction works, water supply, c viol. station, PPC underground network and 9 substations, swimming pools, sports fields, etc., complex of ex. of residential buildings in Porto Rafti, a complex of luxury residential houses in the State, apartment buildings in Zografou and Maroussi.<\/p>
