  3. Project prioritization and evaluation based on the 6\u03c3 criteria (“is it a 6s project?”).<\/li>\n
  4. Development of 6\u03c3 Project Charters (definition of goals, group, schedule).<\/li>\n
  5. Identification of project risks (possible causes of failure), and the corresponding preventive actions to reduce these risks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Aimed at<\/strong>: the leadership team and selected executives.<\/p>\n
