The purpose of this seminar is to cover this gup.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contents:<\/strong> Learning workshops on the statistical analysis tool of choice of the LSS professionals. Use of plenty of examples and case studies of real projects. After the completion of each training workshop, the participants will be able to successfully perform analysis with Minitab regarding the issues in their work\/projects. Each workshop will be adapted to the participants needs, and will include resolving case studies that precisely simulate the processes and projects of the participants. In addition, there is the possibility to combine Minitab training with LSS training (Green &amp; Black belt) to fully comprehend both.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration<\/strong> (hours): 16 (theoretical education for certification), 48 (experiential training with application in improvement projects).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aimed at: <\/strong>Business Improvement Professionals and business executives of middle, senior and top rank, who are certified Green or Black Belts in Six Sigma methodology, from the areas of production or services (Foremen, Heads of production, maintenance, production managers &amp; engineers, logistics and quality assurance, Technical Managers, and Directors).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cost: <\/strong>The detailed contents of the training program and its prices are adjusted to the needs of each company by common agreement.
