Agile Family Business

Description: First of all, we focus on identifying the dilemmas that concern the leader and the members of the family business at the corporate, personal, and family levels. Personal introspection is performed to determine what makes me “out of control”, sad, happy. We proceed to the collective analysis of the causes for these dilemmas.

Based on the causes, management and leadership processes are reviewed and redesigned, including meeting methods, decision-making methods, text correction procedures, conflict avoidance/resolution methods, and continuous improvement and development (individual and corporate).

We proceed to define the common Family Corporate Culture in terms of values, principles, and attitudes, and to the evaluation of the Human Capital of the company and the family.

Based on the culture, strategy, and human capital, company and family, roles and responsibilities for management, company department (family) are reviewed and restructured.

The organizational structure of the management and/or departments is adapted based on the objectives (individual and corporate), the description of the roles, and the available human resources.

We agree on an action plan. We identify the individual improvement actions (what to start / stop / continue to do) at Organizational level (management / department). We monitor its implementation with constant adjustments where and when needed. Where required, Agile, Lean, BIM, and collaborative Industry 4.0 software tools methodologies are applied
