Presentation methodology Lean Thinking (The five principles of Lean. What is ‘loss’ (waste) in businesses. Value added activities, non-value added activities, and necessary activities. Mapping of value – value stream mapping). Presentation of the 6σ Philosophy (Statistical background, application model DMAIC Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Important tools at each stage. The combination of methodologies 6σ and LEAN.
