    1. GOAL TO CREATE A COURIER DELIVERY PROCESS
    2. STARTING POINT – “EMPTY” PROCESS
      • 1ST ROUND IS PLAYED AFTER FIRST SPRINT
    3. NUMBER OF ADDITIONS AND CHANGES PER 1 SPRINT IS LIMITED
      • MAX NUMBER OF DEVELOPERS’ MAN-HOURS PER SPRINT = 20
      • MAN-HOUR PER ADDITION OR CHANGE IS KNOWN UPFRONT
      • FOR EXAMPLE, ADDING A FIELD =1 HOUR AND ADDING A POSITION = 5 HOURS ETC.
    4. THE GAME IS PLAYED IN 4-6 SPRINTS
