  • Provided consulting services to the Committee of Managing Directors and CEOs for the transformation of the Shell Group of companies from an oil company to energy and petrochemicals company.
  • Designed and directed Shell Six Sigma projects and training programmes, and improved Retail Business operations in 39 countries; produced USD semi-annual sales.
  • Conducted extensive market research; designed new products (V-Power, Racing), established new ‘Select Shops’ at gas stations, and introduced a new CRM loyalty programme (Shell V-Power Club Card).
  • Streamlined and improved all Human Resource processes and departments of all UK based Shell companies. Implemented SAP HR system to support all HR services for the Shell UK companies. Integrated HR services into Shell People Services company. Managed all change management activities and change agent network (32 agents). Collaborated and coordinated with SAP IT Project Manager and team.
